01. The payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepting various payment methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Why was my payment declined?
Payments can be declined for various reasons, such as incorrect credit card information, insufficient funds, or issues with the payment provider. Please ensure that the payment information you provide is accurate, or contact your payment provider to resolve the issue.


How can I obtain an invoice?
You can request an invoice during checkout, and we will send it to you via email.

How can I receive an order confirmation after making a payment?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment, containing detailed order information.

How can I request a refund?
If you change your mind and you need a refund, please contact our customer support team, providing order details. Please do it before shipping the order, after that we do not issue the refunds.

02. Shipment

When do I receive my order?
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

What's the shipping cost?
Standard shipping cost via DPD, LP Express, or other local courier shipping method in Lithuania. Shipping only in Lithuania.


When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will automatically receive an invoice for your order to your Email.

What is the estimated shipping time?
Depending on the product, the stocking time is 1hour till 1 day and the shipping time is 1-2 days, depends what time order was placed.

03. Returns, exchanges and complaints

I would like to change my ordered items. What should I do?
You can amend your order on or before on the same hour the order was placed. Please contact us info@veipukas.com to request changes.

How do I return a product?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the product opened, tested or any way used we can't accept the return. Feel free to reach out to us to info@veipukas.com for any questions related to returns.
